Stefan Marty (Monobob), Florian Austin (Skeleton) und Team Höfliger (Bob) gewinnen die Cuprennen vom 11.2.2017
Olympia Bob Run
Heute ging es am Olympia Bob Run in St. Moritz-Celerina mit den Cuprennen weiter. Das erste Rennen des Tages war das Naumann Race, das in 4 Wertungsläufen ausgetragen wurde. Stefan Marty (SUI) konnte sich gegen die anderen 13 Teilnehmer überlegen, mit insgesamt 4,75 Sekunden Vorsprung durchsetzen. Am Podium landeten auch Jürg Scheurer und Matthias Naumann.
Die 14 Skeletonis fuhren im 4protection Energy Race um die Medaillen. Der Amerikaner Florian Austin gewann mit 1,07 Sekunden Vorsprung auf den Schweizer Basil Sieber. Bronze ging an Greg West (USA; +1,17 sec).
Bei der Bündnermeisterschaft nahmen insgesamt 11 Teams teil. Pius Höfliger und Rolf Maerki konnten sich heute mit 4 Hundertstel Vorsprung gegen Team Rohner durchsetzen. Auf dem dritten Platz landete Team Follador, das auch die Spezialwertung der Bündner gewann (+0,93 Sek; alle SUI).

Morgen ab 8 Uhr gehen die Cuprennen mit dem 3. Audi Monobob Race, dem 4protection Focus Race für die Skeletonis und dem SRT Tipsy Race für die Bobathleten weiter. Der Eintritt ist frei.

The cup races continued today at the Olympia Bob Run in St. Moritz-Celerina. The first competition of the day was the 4 heat Naumann Race. Stefan Marty (SUI) celebrated his victory against the 13 other participants. He won 4,75 seconds ahead of Jürg Scheurer. In third place Matthias Naumann.
14 skeleton athletes fought for the victory in the 4protection Energy Race. The American Florian Austin won 1,07 seconds ahead of Swiss Basil Sieber. Greg West won the bronze medal (USA; +1,17 sec).
11 teams participated in the Bündnermeisterschaft. Pius Höfliger and Rolf Maerki won just 4 hundreths ahead of Team Rohner. In third place Team Follador, that won the competition of the habitants of Grisons (+0,93 Sek; alle SUI).
